Warrandyte

House

 2020

Nestled at the top of the Warrandyte Hills, this home boasts a stunning treetop view….from the 28-metre lap pool/ pond/ spa (a complex build in itself).

It’s a bespoke, architecturally-designed (Maxa Design) single-family dwelling with four bedrooms, office, rumpus room and alfresco dining areas. The modern home throws back to the ’60s with a retro- sunken living area and double-sided fireplace.

Even though this project falls under our domestic license, it uses many commercial building techniques such as structural steel, core-filled concrete blockwork and others.

This one is our flagship project and we are enthused-as-ever at the progress.

It’s a work of art in itself and is one to watch!
