A 1950's Olympic Village brick house is transformed into a modern, cozy home. We left the layout intact because time was of the essence! With less than nine months between deciding to move into our rental property before our due date, this was a quick gut and reno. We did not spare on quality but because time was of the essence, we left the original layout in tact and kept it simple.

We moved in six weeks before D day and brought our baby girl home to a brand new house, except for the brinks and timber framing.
